Based in Shrewsbury. RSPCA Gonsal Farm is a temporary home to about 150 animals, many of whom require rehabilitation before finding their forever home. They have a variety of animals looking for homes.

Based near Market Drayton. RSPCA Shropshire Branch has cats and kittens available for adoption. The RSPCA have to prioritise animals that are sick and injured and therefore can’t always take in unwanted / stray animals.

 Neutering Assistance: Neutering vouchers are available for those people on means-tested benefits.

Emergency Veterinary Fees: They may be able to offer help towards emergency veterinary costs for those people on means-tested benefits.

Providing shelter, food and veterinary care for homeless, stray, abandoned and unwanted cats and kittens, and rehoming them where possible. Shropshire Cat Rescue also helps the community by trapping, neutering and returning feral cats. They also educate the public on health and care of cats and kittens.

A small self-funded Wrexham based, not-for-profit charitable organisation, run by volunteers in their spare time, with a passion for helping rescue, rehabilitate and rehome cats who find themselves lost, sick or injured.

Based in Wrexham covering Chester, Flintshire, Denbighshire and North Shropshire areas. This small Adoption Centre takes in stray and abandoned cats and kittens, and provides a rehoming service for owners who are no longer able to care for their cat. The Centre also hires out humane traps to allow ferals to be trapped, neutered and returned to site. Free Education talks can be arranged.

Based in Holywell, covering parts of Cheshire and North Wales. North Clwyd Animal Rescue cares for in excess of 1000 animals each year and this number is ever growing. The Centre acts as a rehabilitation unit and a temporary home for mainly dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs.
